This lovely boy was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. He unfortunately does not have a registered microchip so we do not know his name or exact date of birth but have aged him around 3 years old and kennel staff have named him Otis. Straight upon arrival Otis was friendly & loved fuss of all staff despite the fact he was severely emaciated & has clearly been neglected. Otis has now gained some much needed weight & not surprisingly LOVES his food & will do just about anything for a treat. Otis walks fairly nicely on the lead. He tries to stay clean in his kennel but may need a gentle reminder when it comes to house training. We have seen no negative reactions from Otis to the other dogs he’s kennelled next to. Otis needs a lurcher loving home that can give him the forever home he deserves.

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). For full information or to book an appointment to see the animals available, please call the kennels direct on 07817 497995, phone 7days 8am - 8pm (closed between 1.30pm and 2pm for lunch) - viewing is by appointment only, subject to a successful pre adoption questionnaire carried out over the phone - please remember to quote the dogs reference number when calling. ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
