This lovely boy was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. He is not microchipped so we do not know his name or exact date of birth but we have aged him around 7 years old and named him Charlie. Charlie is very nervous & take a while to trust new people. He is very unsure of being walked on a lead & doesn’t seem to of experienced this before. Charlie cannot be rehomed with children due to his nervous nature. He would benefit from a chihuahua experienced home. We have seen no negative reactions towards other dogs but he would be most confident with other small placid dogs only if any. Potential adopters of Charlie may have to visit kennels a few times before Charlie feels safe enough to go home with someone new.
For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
