This lovely boy was brought in to kennels after being found roaming as a stray. According to his microchip he is 3 years old. Kennel staff have named him Sirius. We believe him to be a German shepherd crossed with a Belgian Malinois. Sirius was a little nervous on arrival but soon came around to staff after a few gravy bones. Sirius walks fairly nicely on the lead. He may need house training. We have seen no negative reactions from him towards the dogs he’s kennelled next to. Sirius is food proud & will growl over his food bowl. For this reason he cannot be rehomed with children. Sirius is playful and affectionate & would suit well to a shepherd experienced home.
For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
