RUBY – SENIOR ROMANIAN RESCUE
Gender: Female
Age: 10+
Neutered: As part of adoption process
**SPECIAL HOME REQUIRED**
Ruby is a super special dog who has been through a tough time. She is in need of a change of fortunes. Originally from Romania, Ruby has been left to fend for herself for most of her life on the streets, until she was brought her to the UK a few years ago and has now sadly had to be rehomed through no fault of her own.
This gentle and shy character is looking for a home with lots of patience, and understanding that Ruby isn’t used to a pet life. Ruby loves the company of other dogs and would benefit from a home with an existing confident, friendly and calm canine (or two!) to show her the ropes and teach her how much fun life really is! She does prefer boys to other girls.
Ruby is an older dog who doesn’t want for much – she doesn’t need human affection or walks – just a sofa and a garden she can roam to her hearts content.
Ruby really deserves the perfect retirement home (maybe with someone who lives on a farm with a good kennel set up or a house with some land – must be secure!) so if you can offer her a place to live please do get in touch.
GOOD WITH DOGS – Yes – would benefit from either a friendly male companion or a like minded female.
GOOD WITH CATS – Has lived with but may be better with a cat free home.
GOOD WITH CHILDREN – Adult only home, or those with teenagers that understand Ruby isn’t going to want fuss. Ruby may be scared of busy children.
