Hello, my name is Connor. I am a 4 year old Lurcher. I arrived at Helping Hands after being found abandoned on the streets of Yorkshire. The kennel staff say I am a very laid back, lovely lad with a good nature. I am typical of my breed and have a very keen prey drive so I am best kept on a lead when out and about. Although I do like the ladies, I can sometimes be a bit grumbly with male dogs. I could possibly live with a female dog, provided we are introduced carefully on neutral territory and hit it off. I am looking for a home with a sighthound experienced owner, or at least with someone who has researched my breed carefully and understands my needs. My new owner will be expected to give me at least one hour's exercise every day. I will need a home with no cats or small furries as I am not safe around fleeing creatures! Arriving as a stray, I came in with no history, so it is not known if I have lived with children previously. I am therefore looking for a home with no children under 10.
If you think you can offer me a suitable home, please contact Nigel on: 07949404183 or email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
