More About Me...
GYP IS A VERY LOVING SHI TZU OF APPROX 5-6 YEARS. She is advertised on behalf of her foster mum who adores her. Gyp came into care as a stray with matted fur and flea dermatitis. Initially this little dog was vey fearful but she soon realised who her friends were. She can still be weary of strangers but soon comes round if given time. Gyp has now gained so much confidence and is an amazing girl who loves her foster mum and of course her treats. She is full of fun and will soon come around if gentle. Although Gyp is living with four other laid back small dogs she prefers her own company and that of her people. She ignores other dogs but does bark when out if unsure of approaching strangers. Gyp loves her walks and her play times and will make someone a wonderful dog used to her breed and quirky temperament. THE HOME SHE NEEDS Gyp is a wonderful companion. She needs a home where someone can allow her time to feel secure and safe. A home with no small children as she prefers the quieter life at a comfortable pace that suits her. She needs a home that can walk her. She is no doddery lady. She's so funny and intelligent and knows lots of tricks, so play times are a must. A home as an only dog where she will be cherished by her adopters and of course spoiled rotten. She loves attention so would suit a retired couple who have plenty of time for her in a home where she would not be left for long hours. We feel Gyp has been loved by someone in her past and once secure she will be so loved again. She is a gorgeous girl, very loyal once she knows she can trust you. If you feel you are the right home for this sweet little girl, please send details of the home you can offer and details about yourself to Good Life via email. HOME CHECKS AND VET REFERENCES ARE NEEDED.
Adoption & Contact Info...

Good life Dog Rescue is a small rescue dedicated to helping abandoned and unwanted dogs facing an uncertain future at Stray Kennels.  We are committed to the welfare of dogs and ensure all dogs are vaccinated, chipped and neutered prior adoption. We have a small number of dogs in our care in rented kennels and work tirelessly to find them loving, forever homes. All dogs receive any health checks and vet treatments if needed and we work on limited funds.

All our dogs are assessed so the right homes can be found, ensuring a bright future and a "good life" for many unloved and abandoned dogs.

As well as being committed to the welfare of the dogs in our care we also continue to move and help stray dogs from the pound into other reputable rescues throughout the UK. We work closely with the pounds and photograph the dogs every week so we are able to help, assess and move the dogs that have legally served their 7 days.
