Poppy is a 5 year old tortie and white lady who is looking for a new family as her owner has gone into a home and can no longer take care of her.  This has  understandably upset Poppy a little as  she has been used to sharing her world with just one person and she’s not sure what to make of her new surroundings. Poppy would be best suited in a quiet home with no other pets or children with an owner who is experienced and has had cats before. She want a fuss and attention but on her own terms,  we think she’s just unsettled by recent events. Her new owner needs to understand it may take Poppy a little time to settle into a new routine but when she does she will reward you with love  Poppy is an indoor cat and would like the chance to show you her real personality.  Could you be the perfect pairing for Poppy?

Adoption Process
Step 1: If you see a cat you like then please phone 07874945689 or email : cats@roystonanimalwelfare.org to arrange to visit the them.
Step 2: Once you have met and decided to adopt a cat a home check will be arranged.
Step 3: Once your home check has passed the adoption is then completed and you can pick up your new family member. Our adoption fee is £65 for cats. They are Vaccinated, Microchipped, Neutered, Flea and Wormed, and also come with 4 weeks free insurance.
If any of the above are not complete upon adoption vouchers covering their full cost will be issued. The adoption fee covers some of these vet costs-the rest is covered by fund raising.
