Hey everyone, I’m Leo!

I am what some people call a “Heinz 57” because I’m a mix of lots of different breeds which makes me very unique and of course, super handsome! As a young dog, I require a patient owner who can introduce me to new experiences in the big wide world.

Only dog home: Sometimes, I may feel anxious when approaching other dogs during walks and can be dog reactive. However, I’m intelligent and trainable, and I know that I have endless potential. For this reason, I would prefer to be the only pet in the household or I can potentially live with another friendly female dog after a few careful introductions.

Training: The team here have been working hard to boost my confidence, and while progress is being made, I can still be a little nervous. Because of this, my new human will need to continue my training and help show me that the world isn’t as big and scary as it seems. I have made lots of new doggy friends recently though and I love going for walks with my best friend Grace.

Adult only home: I’m a big boy weighing just over 30kg now so due to my size and bouncy nature I would be best suited to a home with no children.

Toilet training: As I have probably never lived in a house before my new humans will need to toilet train me. I am a good boy in my kennel and only toilet in the outside area so this shouldn’t take long.

My ideal home: Being cosied up on a sofa is absolute bliss for me so it would be a dream come true to find a loving home where I can snuggle up with my new human! I need a patient, understanding home with someone who is willing to put the time and effort into training me to be the best possible version of myself! I’m still only a puppy so I have so much to learn.

Leo has an adoption fee of £250 which includes health check, neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, flea and worm treatment while he has been at Rain Rescue, along with 4 weeks free pet insurance with Pet Plan once he is adopted.
