11710 Akita/Malamute cross “Brox”

Brox is a sweet, friendly although shy at first, male Akita/Malamute type cross breed. He is approx 2years old. Grey/sable in colour, medium/large slender in size. He has been such a sweetie, very friendly with all the staff at the kennels. He is cheeky, playful, loves toys and is very affectionate. He may still be shy around new people but with time and patience he will come out of his shell. He has shown no issues walking past other dogs but did show signs of food guarding towards some neighbours when he very first came in so he would need to be fed separately from another dog. The kennels have been told by an old owner that he is good with dogs and good with children however due to his size may be better suited to a home with older children. He tries to stay clean in his indoor kennel. He appears to know some basic commands. Brox is really struggling with kennels and he tries to scramble out of his kennel whilst whimpering and moaning. He really is desperate for a loving forever home.

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
