12705 Lurcher male “Mufasa”

Gender: Male

Age: 3 - 4 years

Neutered: Not specified

Mufasa is a very sweet, Lurcher male, approx 3 years old. He was seen straying for a number of days running very scared until someone eventually managed to catch him. He had a few small grazes and sores on his feet which are healing but his skin is still quite dry and flakey in places. He was underweight and is gaining weight with multiple feeds a day. He is looking for a quieter understanding home due to his timid nature with someone used to nervous dogs, preferably Lurchers who will let him learn to trust at his own pace. He is a good escape artist and he can open doors – he will need a very secure home/garden where he will not be left unattended. He may be able to live with a very calm quiet dog but no small furries. No young children due to his nervous nature. He is black in colour. Medium/large in size. He has come around lovely with the staff at the kennels and showing what an affectionate and sweet dog he is. He will benefit from not being left for long periods. He is a cheeky boy and may try to steal off kitchen sides etc.
