Our lovely lurcher has the most sweet and gentle nature, he is very timid and will require a calm and quiet home. He seems okay with other dogs in kennels, but still even finds dogs intimidating and needs slow introductions. He is still only young at approximately 18 months. When he arrived at kennels he was severely underweight but is slowly gaining weight. He needs an owner with plenty of patience for confidence building exercises and all aspects of training including a gentle reminder with housetraining. He is a very sensitive boy and is afraid of loud noises. We are looking for a quiet and peaceful home for him with a steady routine, no young children due to his shy nature.

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
