Diesel was brought into kennels after sadly being dumped at a police station. Diesel is a large sized shepherd dog & according to his microchip is 3 years old. We know that Diesel was used to free roaming on a farm premises & so is not a fan of being kennelled or crated. Diesel is housetrained but does sometimes chew the odd thing when left alone in the house. Diesel is used to being around children but would be best suited to living with older, dog savvy children due to his large size & bouncy nature. Diesel has shown no negative reactions towards other dogs he’s kennelled next to. Diesel is larger than he looks on the photos & does pull on the lead so will need a strong, capable handler.

Adoption info

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). For full information or to book an appointment to see the animals available, please call the kennels direct on 07817 497995, phone 7days 8am - 8pm (closed between 1.30pm and 2pm for lunch) - viewing is by appointment only, subject to a successful pre adoption questionnaire carried out over the phone - please remember to quote the dogs reference number when calling. ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
