This lovely lad was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. Unfortunately he was not microchipped so we don’t know his name or exact date of birth but the kennels have named him Bert & aged him around only 6-7 months. Bert has a very sweet, gentle nature & can be a little shy at times. His new home will need to build up his confidence further. When first arriving at kennels he was not used to walking on a lead but is okay with it now. Bert was found roaming with his brother, Ernie. Bert & Ernie get along well but do not seem to be used to other dogs besides each other & are very timid around them so will need further socialising. All aspects of training are needed for Bert, he knows no basic commands & is not housetrained. Bert loves his grub & is highly food motivated! A 5 star lurcher loving forever home has to be out there for Bert!
