Louis is a lovely dog, very gentle and loves his cuddles, he is good on a lead and good with other dogs but he is also very sensitive so he does need a calm and patient home, he is only young and is eager to learn but he does need to be where he can be kept away from stress.

Freedom of Spirit Trust for Border Collies rescue (FOSTBC)
All our dogs go into their Life Guardians homes on a training programme, we give each adopted dog its lifetime of back up and we try our best to match the right dog to potential adopters. As each dog and potential home are different we don't have a rigid set of rules but we do need to know that there is a suitably fenced garden/exercise area and we don't let our dogs go into homes where they are going to be left alone for several hours at a time on a regular basis.
Some of our dogs do have issues and some are ready for rehoming within a matter of weeks of being in our care so we do need to know from potential adopters if they are prepared for or are experienced with any behavioural issues.
