LUCY

Gender: Female

Age: 1 - 2 years

Neutered: Yes

Meet ‘Lucy’ blue eyes.

Lucy is an approx 14 month old husky and has come to us from the stray kennels so we have no history on her.  She is an absolute stunner.  She loves people and snuggles and is very playful but calm when you want her to be, especially for such a young dog.  She knows basic commands but is strong on the lead.  She loves been out and about and will need someone who can give her a good amount of exercise.  Lucy is looking for a confident, experienced owner, preferably with huskies or husky type breeds and will need a garden with 6ft fences as huskies are renowned escape artists.
Older children only 14+

Step 1: If you see a dog you like then please make an appointment to meet them by following the link on our Web site : www.roystonanimalwelfare.org/rescue
Step 2: Once you have met and decided to adopt a dog a home check will be arranged.
Step 3: Once your home check has passed, the adoption is completed, and you can pick up your new family member!
Our adoption fee is £200 for dogs. They are Vaccinated, Microchipped, Neutered, Flea, and Wormed and also come with 4 weeks of free insurance
If any of the above are not complete upon adoption vouchers covering their full cost will be issued. The adoption fee covers some of these vet costs - the rest is covered by fundraising.

Dogs can not be left on their own for more than 5 hours on a regular basis. Dogs must not be left to sleep outside at night or during the winter. If we know a dog is friendly with cats this will be specified. If this is not specified, the dog will not be re-homed with cats.
