Paddy is one very special, very handsome boy who is looking for a home who will give him all the love he deserves having had a very tough start to life. He is a medium – large sized Crossbreed around 8 yrs old and weighs around 30kg. He is so friendly with everyone he meets and rolls on his back for tummy rubs, even at the vets! Paddy loves to play with his toys and loves a game of fetch! He is brilliant around the house and once settled he is housetrained and is fine to be left for around 5 hrs and absolutely loves having cuddles on the sofa! He loves going in the car and travels really well. He’s clearly not been walked much, so on his walks, he is a bit all over the place and follows his nose to get to interesting smells, but as he’s a big lad he can be strong when he pulls, so needs someone who can handle him. He has shown no negative reactions towards other dogs, but doesn’t seem to have manners greeting them. We would prefer him to be the only dog in the home, but with experienced owners and slow introductions he could possibly be rehomed with a larger breed female dog. Paddy is such a lovely dog, he will make his new family very lucky indeed.

All dogs adopted from HYPS have had a full health check, are fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. They are also treated for fleas and worms. The adoption fee is £150.
