SCOOBY DO – VERY AFFECTIONATE STAFFY CROSS BREED
Scooby is a very sad middle aged dog. He originally came into our care as a stray from a Yorkshire kennels with his son. Having been adopted together it appears that they are better rehomed separately as they do not get along as well as they should. Contact us for more details. We feel that Scooby has had a difficult past life and carries plenty of baggage around with him. He is extremely sad in kennels and very shut down. At present he is struggling with a sore ear and carrying a heavy heart at losing his home again. Scooby is very loving and although a little anxious he enjoys his walks and his people. Scooby looks to you for reassurance and he lavishes having a cuddle. He loves his people and is better suited in a home with a one to one or a couple who have a quiet environment with an easy non busy lifestyle. We won’t rehome Scooby with small children due to him being anxious and needing a steady pace of life.
THE HOME HE NEEDS
Scooby sadly will need to be rehomed without his son Scrappy. He needs a home that is quiet where he will have cuddles when he needs them but a home that will allow him some peace and quiet and time to adjust. He definitely needs plenty of home comforts as he longs for a more comfortable existence away from kennels. Although Scooby lived with another dog he is happier as the one and only in the home. He will need a home where he will have company for the best part of the day. He can be a little guarding of the property at times and can be anxious, so experience of American Bull dogs and larger breeds would be beneficial. This is very common of his breed. We feel he is Stafford cross American Bulldog. Scooby is extremely loving and loyal and we appeal for a loving experienced home with plenty of comforts and care. Foster will be considered for Scooby due to him not coping with kennels very well.
