Max is a male blue 18 month old cane corso. He was found roaming a stray in very poor condition. Max was severely emaciated upon arrival to kennels but is now steadily gaining weight. Initially he was very timid & nervous of being handled but has since come out of his shell & is very friendly with all staff. Max knows basic commands such as sit & paw but does need all other aspects of training including house training. Max is very strong on the lead so will need a strong confident handler. We have seen no negative reactions from Max towards the other dogs he’s kennelled next to. Max needs a large breed experienced home that can give him all the love he deserves!

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). For full information or to book an appointment to see the animals available, please call the kennels direct on 07817 497995, phone 7days 8am - 8pm (closed between 1.30pm and 2pm for lunch) - viewing is by appointment only, subject to a successful pre adoption questionnaire carried out over the phone - please remember to quote the dogs reference number when calling. ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
