13957 “Darla” Female GSD x
Gender: Female
Age: Under a year
Neutered: As part of adoption process
This lovely girl was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. Unfortunately she is not microchipped so we do not know her name of exact date of birth. The kennels have aged her around only 4-5 months old & named her Darla. We believe Darla to be a German shepherd crossed with a Belgian Malinois. Darla was extremely nervous when she arrived, she did not seem to of experienced much interaction with humans, though she never showed any aggression. Now, Darla is much more confident with staff but still has a long way to go with building her confidence, she is slowly getting used to the world. Darla would benefit from a quiet home without young children due to her nervous nature. Because of her breeds, we would prefer her to go to an experienced home with plenty of time for walking and training. Darla will need all aspects of training including house training. Potential adopters for Darla may need to visit her at kennels a few times before she is comfortable enough to go home.
For dogs there is a non-refundable adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). For full information or to book an appointment to see the animals available, please call the kennels direct on 07817 497995, phone 7days 8am - 5pm - viewing is by appointment only, subject to a successful pre adoption questionnaire carried out over the phone - please remember to quote the dogs reference number when calling. PLEASE CALL THE NUMBERS TO SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF STAFF IF INTERESTED IN ADOPTING ONE OF THE DOGS - emails/messages to this site unable to be responded to.
ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
