Diesel is a 4 year old Johnsons American Bulldog, handed over to kennels through no fault of his own. He is very friendly with people and knows commands such as “sit” “lay down and “stay”. He has previously lived with a cat and young children. He is unsure of some other dogs and can be reactive, he tends to prefer female dogs or smaller dogs. Diesel is housetrained and is also fine to be left home alone for a few hours. Diesel will need a strong confident handler due to his extra large size, he does pull on the lead!
For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). For full information or to book an appointment to see the animals available, please call the kennels direct on 07817 497995, phone 7days 8am - 8pm (closed between 1.30pm and 2pm for lunch) - viewing is by appointment only, subject to a successful pre adoption questionnaire carried out over the phone - please remember to quote the dogs reference number when calling. ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
