King was brought in to kennels after being found roaming as a stray. He is approximately 18 months old according to his microchip. He has been exceptionally friendly to all staff from the get go. He is a mastiff type dog and would be classed as extra large (although his photos make him look much smaller!). He needs all aspects of training particularly lead training as he is extremely strong to handle! King hasn’t shown any issues around other dogs. King was adopted but unfortunately returned to kennels after his adopter couldn’t manage his strength on the lead. The adopter described him as affectionate & loving & house trained.

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
