This lovely girl was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. She is microchipped but it is unregistered so we don’t know her name or exact date of birth. The kennels have named her Bess & aged her at around 5-6 years old. Bess is very sweet & affectionate, though she can be a little timid with strangers. She loves toys & is very playful. Bess is very clean in her kennel and appears to be house trained. Bess can be particular about which other dogs she likes. She will need an active home with time for plenty of walking & training. Bess would be best suited to a home without young children due to her nervous nature. Bess was adopted but sadly returned after 24 hours for being dog reactive when out on a walk. Potential adopters will need need to give Bess time to settle in a new home & be willing to work with her reactivity if it should persist.

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
