This lovely boy was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. We do not know his name or exact date of birth but the kennels have named him Duke and aged him around 3 years old. Duke has been friendly and confident straight from arrival. Duke was underweight when he came in to kennels but is now steadily gaining weight. He knows basic commands such as sit & can hold “stay” for a long while. He is usually clean in his kennel which is a good indicator that he is housetrained. He is very strong & does pull on the lead so will need capable handler & to be lead trained in the future. Duke has not reacted to most dogs going past his kennel but the odd one he will react to and bark at. Dukes a lovely boy that would make a great companion in a rottie loving home!

For dogs there is a non-refundable £100 adoption fee (card payment only at present) which includes microchipping (for dogs not already microchipped). For full information or to book an appointment to see the animals available, please call the kennels direct on 07817 497995, phone 7days 8am - 8pm (closed between 1.30pm and 2pm for lunch) - viewing is by appointment only, subject to a successful pre adoption questionnaire carried out over the phone - please remember to quote the dogs reference number when calling. ALL DOGS ADOPTED FROM SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED - This will be an additional cost to the adopter.
