14119 “Ellie” brin female SBT cross
Gender: Female
Age: 3 - 4 years
Neutered: As part of adoption process
This lovely girl was brought into kennels after being found roaming as a stray. Sadly, we were unable to contact any owners as her microchip was not registered. Kennel staff have named her Ellie & aged her around 3 years old. Ellie looks like a Staffy cross, and we suspect there may be a bit of English Bull Terrier in her too, those extra-large, expressive ears certainly hint at it. She is brindle in colour and medium in size. Ellie knows a few commands such as ‘sit’ and ‘speak’. Ellie tries to stay clean in her kennel, so she may already have some housetraining experience or will adapt quickly to a home routine. Ellie loves food & attention often “talking” or vocalising to staff when wants a fuss or a treat. Ellie responds well to training & it helps that she is food motivated. Whilst Ellie’s experience with other dogs is unknown, she does not appear reactive to dogs kennelled nearby, which is a positive sign. Any introductions would benefit from being slow and sensible, as with any dog coming from a stray background. Ellie has a medium energy level and will need a home that can provide her with daily walks, she walks fairly steadily on the lead & only tends to pull to get something she deems extra interesting or exciting! If you have space in heart for a sweet girl with a chatty personality then Ellie could be the perfect companion for you.
